This notice explains how HappyCraftsy handles information when you visit this website, contact us, use checkout, or voluntarily subscribe to our email updates.
Information you provide
When you use our Contact Us form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. When you choose to subscribe, we collect the email address you enter for the newsletter. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in a contact message.
How we use it
We use contact-form details to respond to your inquiry and provide customer support. We use a newsletter email address only when you voluntarily enter it and select "Subscribe." By doing so, you ask HappyCraftsy to send you the updates described beside the signup form, including exclusive offers, new arrivals, and HappyCraftsy news. We may also email you a promotional code associated with your signup.
Sending us a message through the Contact Us form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Promotional signups are temporarily paused while we finish setting up email preferences. When available, each promotional email will include an unsubscribe link. We will mark your subscription inactive and retain only the suppression record needed to honor that choice; an unsubscribe does not cancel an order or invalidate a welcome discount already assigned to you. You may also contact happycraftsy@happycraftsy.store for help with your preferences.
Service providers and retention
When you use checkout, we collect your contact details, delivery address, selected products, and order and payment references to calculate shipping and sales tax, process your order, and provide order confirmations. To identify the applicable New York tax jurisdiction, we send the delivery street, city, state, and ZIP code to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder; we use its geographic result with New York State tax-rate publications. PayPal processes your payment; HappyCraftsy does not collect or store your card number or PayPal password. If you pay by card, your billing address is sent directly to PayPal for payment processing. You can use your delivery address or enter another billing address; HappyCraftsy does not separately store the alternate billing address. We share order information only with service providers needed to process payment, identify the tax jurisdiction, and fulfill your order. Placing an order does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We retain order records as needed for fulfillment, customer support, and business and tax recordkeeping.
We use website hosting, database, and email service providers to store subscription records and deliver messages on our behalf. We retain newsletter information while it is needed to manage your subscription, honor your preferences, and maintain appropriate business records.
Cookies and browser storage
We use essential browser storage to remember your cart and an unfinished checkout, and session data to help protect checkout and other forms from misuse. PayPal may use storage needed for payment processing. Meta Pixel measures advertising performance and shopping activity. It may receive page views, search events without search terms, and limited shopping events, including numeric product identifiers, item counts, and purchase totals. We do not intentionally send information typed into forms, search terms, customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses, payment credentials, or order references to Meta. The pixel is not loaded on private order-lookup pages, and checkout page views are not sent. Meta may use browser identifiers and information it receives under its own Privacy Policy. Meta ad tracking is on by default for this U.S.-focused store. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals and saved privacy choices. For privacy questions or requests, contact happycraftsy@happycraftsy.store.
