1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HappyCraftsy website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not engage in any activity that disrupts its operation, attempts unauthorized access, or infringes the rights of others. You may not use the Site or any product or service to violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
If you provide or request the use of text, images, logos, photographs, names, or other material for personalization ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for that use, and that the Customer Content and our permitted production and fulfillment of your order will not violate law or another person's rights. You must not submit content that is counterfeit, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing. HappyCraftsy may reject, suspend, or cancel a request and may remove or disable related content when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or creates legal or safety risk; any refund will be handled as required by applicable law and our posted policies.
3. Products, Personalization & Production Time
HappyCraftsy offers original designs and customizable products. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
Production Time: Most personalized orders are prepared within approximately 3–4 business days, depending on order volume and product type. This preparation time does not include shipping transit. Additional details are provided in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Personalized Items: Personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to HappyCraftsy.
4. Pricing, Availability & Errors
Prices displayed on the Site exclude shipping and taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Product availability may change without notice.
In the event of a typographical error, incorrect price, or listing mistake, HappyCraftsy may cancel or adjust an order. If an order is canceled due to such an error, any payment already processed will be fully refunded.
5. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are accepted only after payment verification and confirmation.
If any detail of your order requires clarification or correction, HappyCraftsy will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Payment methods available will be displayed at checkout when online ordering is enabled.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Return eligibility, timelines, conditions, exclusions, required proof, return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is made available before payment information is collected, in accordance with New York General Business Law § 218-a. A written copy will be provided upon request.
Personalized items are not returnable unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to HappyCraftsy.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, product designs, and branding, is owned by HappyCraftsy or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance on the Site does not imply sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.
When you provide Customer Content, you grant HappyCraftsy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt as technically necessary, transmit, and display that content only to review, produce, personalize, fulfill, and support your order. This limited license ends when those purposes are complete, except for copies retained as reasonably necessary for records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backups.
You reaffirm that you own or have permission to use the Customer Content, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that you authorize the limited uses described above. You agree to reasonably cooperate with HappyCraftsy in responding to a claim concerning Customer Content you supplied. To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify HappyCraftsy for third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs to the extent directly caused by your Customer Content or your material breach of these specific promises. This obligation does not apply to claims arising from artwork, designs, branding, or other materials supplied by HappyCraftsy or its licensors, or to HappyCraftsy's own acts or omissions.
Report a Suspected Counterfeit or Unauthorized Product
If you believe a product listed on the Site is counterfeit or uses intellectual property without authorization, please email HappyCraftsy. Include the product page link or SKU, a description of the concern, the rights holder's name, your relationship or authority to report it, and any supporting information that can help us review the listing.
We will review reports and may temporarily hide a listing while investigating. If we determine that a product is counterfeit or uses rights without authorization, we will remove the listing. We may contact you if we need additional information.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," except for any express promises made by HappyCraftsy or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HappyCraftsy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the Site or a product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HappyCraftsy's total liability for a claim relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount you paid to HappyCraftsy for the product or service giving rise to that claim.
These limitations do not exclude or limit liability where prohibited by law, including liability for a party's own infringement, fraud, willful misconduct, or other conduct that applicable law does not allow it to disclaim. Nothing in these Terms affects non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information submitted through the Site is collected, used, and protected. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in that policy.
